Where it starts
The very beginning — born in the Netherlands, years before the first line of code. Same face, fewer opinions.
The beginning

Amsterdam, 2001 — my dad building software, with me in his arm.
Hi, I'm Luuk — a builder and entrepreneur from Amsterdam. I find the work a business shouldn't be doing by hand, and I build the systems that quietly take it over. It's less about any one tool than how I see a business: spot the loop, close it, move on.
The path
I've been a builder, not a consumer, for a long time. Follow the line — it loops back to where it started.
The very beginning — born in the Netherlands, years before the first line of code. Same face, fewer opinions.
The beginning
Netherlands · 2001Three brothers, always up to something. The instinct to make things — and to compete — started young.
Roots
Three brothersA teenager already more interested in how things worked than in sitting still for them. The restlessness never really left.
Growing up
On holiday · 2014School's out — next to the two people who backed every idea. The rest, I'd have to teach myself.
Off the line
Graduation · with my parentsMasked up, poking around a warehouse. Long before the studio, I was already pulled toward the messy, manual work businesses actually run on.
Field notes
On the ground · ~2020After enough failed ventures, one thing stuck: processes matter. I started taking online courses on AI — and they pulled me in deep enough that I wanted to study it for real.
Self-taught
Learning to code · 2021I checked the university site, saw I could still enrol in a Bachelor's in Artificial Intelligence in Amsterdam — and did. From side-courses to the real thing.
University of Amsterdam
University of AmsterdamFirst year of the degree, I had no clue what I was doing. Everyone was deeply technical; all I had were scars from failed businesses. I felt like I didn't belong — and kept building anyway.
Pushing through
The setup · 2022The first AI Hackathon Amsterdam. University made me feel out of place — this made me feel in place. Real problems, real people, real work. The room voted ours the favourite.
Public Favourite
AI Hackathon Amsterdam · 2023The first time I ever sat down and talked to a camera. No audience yet — just a decision to build in public and figure the rest out on the way.
Heads-down at my desk through the summer, shipping my first real SaaS — a tool for cold outreach. The building had finally turned into a product.
Then I stopped building alone — surrounding myself with the sharpest people I could find. Shared desks, long nights, everyone levelling each other up.
An empty floor, full of plans — space to make Everyman AI something bigger than a laptop on a kitchen table.
The studio
The studio · 2025Still building, still in public — out seeing the world with Selina, who's been in it with me since 2018. Standing on the path, looking forward.
Now
Tokyo · 2026One city, the whole internet. From Amsterdam I work with people across 135 countries — every arc on this globe is a real connection. Home is a dot; the reach isn't.
Building is easy now. getting paid is the hard part.
I built 25 apps before 3 made money. The difference wasn't the code, or the design, or the stack. It was knowing what to build, who actually wanted it, and what to charge.
Find the work that shouldn't need a human — and hand it to software.
Email, finance, content, support, operations. The repeatable stuff. Do that, and a five-person team starts running like a fifty-person one.
In public. Real numbers, real names, no hype.
Peer, not guru. I've been there — 2,307 people used the tools I built before a single course sold. I'd rather show the receipts than sell the dream.
Everyman AI is my build studio: I build complete AI systems that run a business's operations, end to end. BuildLoop is where I teach the method — everything my YouTube points to: a course, a community, and templates for builders who want to do it themselves.
Done-for-you AI systems that take over a company's operations, end to end.

Start with BuildLoopLuuk Alleman is a builder and entrepreneur from Amsterdam. He runs Everyman AI, a custom AI build studio, and BuildLoop, where he teaches building with AI. He builds AI systems that run businesses — with Claude Code — and shares it on his YouTube channel @luukalleman.
Everyman AI is Luuk Alleman's custom AI build studio, based in Amsterdam. It builds complete AI systems and automations that take over a company's recurring operations, end to end — so a small team runs like a big one. Not a chatbot — a full system.
BuildLoop is Luuk Alleman's education brand — where his YouTube audience goes. It's a course, a community of builders, and ready-to-ship SaaS templates that teach entrepreneurs to build and launch AI apps with Claude Code, without a development team.
No — they're two sides of the same idea. Everyman AI is the build studio (done-for-you AI systems for businesses). BuildLoop is the education brand (course, community, templates) for people who want to build it themselves.
Whether you want your business to run itself, or you just want to talk shop about building with AI — I'm one message away.
